Each pack of four includes four caps, eight eye bolts, and eight nuts.
Instructions:
- Take the caps out of their packaging.
- Position the cap next to the opening of the swivel.
- Match the tabs with the pin lugs on the swivel.
- Once they are properly aligned, insert one eyelet's threaded end through the tab hole of the cap and slide the eyelet onto the pin lug.
- After placing the eyelet securely, gently screw the provided hexnut onto the threaded end of the eyelet until it's snug.
- Be cautious not to over-tighten. The cap tabs are designed to break easily with minimal force.
